We are currently hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join our team. This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills in retail sales, customer service, and professional communication. No prior sales experience is required—we provide comprehensive paid training.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming in-store experience.
- Answer questions and provide accurate information about available products and services.
- Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs.
- Recommend additional products or services when appropriate.
- Process cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with team members.
- Participate in occasional community outreach or local promotional events as needed.
- Follow company policies and provide excellent customer service during every interaction.
Qualifications
