No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided.
What You'll Do
As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers in an in-person retail environment while building practical experience in sales, communication, and customer service.
You'll:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Learn about customers' needs and help identify appropriate products or services
- Explain available products, services, and promotions
- Answer customer questions accurately and professionally
- Recommend additional products or services when appropriate
- Process cash, credit card, and electronic payments
- Work alongside your team to meet individual and store goals
- Maintain an organized and professional work environment
- Participate in occasional community outreach or local promotional events
- Follow company policies and provide a positive customer experience
