Fabricator - 2nd Shift

Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Polisher to join our production team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for finishing and polishing materials to meet high-quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently. The Polisher plays a vital role in our production process and contributes directly to the overall quality of our finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate polishing tools and equipment to achieve the desired finish on stone and other materials
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain smooth workflow and meet production deadlines
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on polishing equipment
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols when operating machinery or handling materials
• Support general warehouse tasks such as material handling and inventory tracking
• Assist with basic fabrication and component building, as needed

Qualifications

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Prior experience operating heavy equipment is preferred
• Knowledge of welding, machining, concrete forming, or fabrication is a plus
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is helpful
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and concrete mixers is an asset
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify and resolve equipment issues
• A commitment to consistent quality and safe work practices

Pay Range: $20.00 – $27.00 per hour (includes $2.00 shift differential), based on experience

Expected Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour shift, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Overtime required on occasion
