Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and courteous Customer service agent to join our team. Customer service agents represent our company to customers by phone, text, chat and e-mail. We are offering full-time positions with the ability to earn overtime hours. Our phone hours are 9:00am -5:00pm Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday from 9:00am - Noon. Starting Pay is $15.00 per hour.
Job Duties:
Customer service agents are required to take incoming calls, web-chats and answer e-mails from customers for:
· Placing orders
· Returns
· Order Status
· Part inquiries
· and more
Job Qualifications:
· Professional and pleasant attitude offering quality customer service.
· The ability to use a computer and learn our Order managing software.
· Proficiency with Microsoft word and excel.
· Excellent typing and 10-key skills.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced call center environment.
· Problem solving skills.
· Must have reliable transportation.
