What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cashier/Cook position at Classic Kitchen?

Looking for 4 employees for general laborer/ cashier/cook for to run concession stand during summer at fairs and special events. Must be willing to travel, experience preferred but will train. Duties include but not limited to: setting up and tearing down stand at beginning and end of each event, restocking trailer with supplies, taking orders from customers, running cash register, frying food in fryers, serving customers, cleaning counters through out the day, cleaning up at end of day. Washing trailer at beginning of each event.

4-6 days/week
7-10 hrs/day
paid weekly
travel is required, travel and lodging will be provided.
We travel to Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin
meals are provided during open hours if wanted
must be able to speak and read English fluently

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $550.00 - $900.00 per week
