Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Industrial Coatings Department Manager located in Baton Rouge, LA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Industrial Coatings Department Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the industrial coatings department, including managing a team, coordinating projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. This role involves developing and executing project plans, ensuring manufacturing processes meet quality standards, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.

- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred
