We are a high-performing Honda dealership, delivering over 300 cars a month, and we’re looking for a top-tier Internet Sales Manager to take our digital operation to the next level. With a brand-new, state-of-the-art $30 million facility opening any day, we’re positioned for major growth—and we need the right leader in place to drive it.
About the Role:
We generate over 1,200 high-quality internet leads every month, and we need someone who can take full ownership of the process—from lead management to appointment setting to deal desking and follow-up. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires energy, accountability, and a passion for results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, train, and lead the Internet Sales Team
- Oversee and work 1,200 monthly internet leads
- Set and maintain a 80% appointment set rate
- 80% show rate
- Achieve and exceed a 15% closing ratio
- Make 100 outbound calls per day
- Desk internet deals and support the team in real time
- Monitor CRM performance and ensure follow-up compliance
- Collaborate with BDC, Sales Managers, and General Sales Management
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in Internet Sales Management or BDC leadership at a high-volume store
- Strong phone, communication, and desking skills
- Highly organized and data-driven
- CRM proficient (VinSolutions, Elead, or similar platforms)
- Motivated, energetic, and focused on long-term growth
- Willing to put in the work and lead from the front
