We are a high-performing Honda dealership, delivering over 300 cars a month, and we’re looking for a top-tier Internet Sales Manager to take our digital operation to the next level. With a brand-new, state-of-the-art $30 million facility opening any day, we’re positioned for major growth—and we need the right leader in place to drive it.

About the Role:

We generate over 1,200 high-quality internet leads every month, and we need someone who can take full ownership of the process—from lead management to appointment setting to deal desking and follow-up. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires energy, accountability, and a passion for results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, train, and lead the Internet Sales Team
  • Oversee and work 1,200 monthly internet leads
  • Set and maintain a 80% appointment set rate
  • 80% show rate
  • Achieve and exceed a 15% closing ratio
  • Make 100 outbound calls per day
  • Desk internet deals and support the team in real time
  • Monitor CRM performance and ensure follow-up compliance
  • Collaborate with BDC, Sales Managers, and General Sales Management

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in Internet Sales Management or BDC leadership at a high-volume store
  • Strong phone, communication, and desking skills
  • Highly organized and data-driven
  • CRM proficient (VinSolutions, Elead, or similar platforms)
  • Motivated, energetic, and focused on long-term growth
  • Willing to put in the work and lead from the front
