Job description
We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative Digital Editor to support our creative team. Edit, manage, traffic, and deploy assets, as required by the Brand needs and E-commerce. This is a very collaborative role and a great opportunity to join a growing team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Confident skill set to take raw camera images and execute the editing process to brand standards.
- Create multiple versions of assets: background changes, color changes, etc.
- Collaborate with the team to manage images and quality standards across all company divisions, furniture, textiles, e-commerce.
- Organized skill set to track photography requirements across all divisions.
- Support the traffic of files across divisions, in-house, and with outside vendors.
- Understand and implement correct naming conventions and sizing of images as required.
- Perform quality control checks for outsourced editing and or freelancers.
- Oversee daily maintenance and usability of assets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment independently and as an integral part of a team.
- Video editing a plus
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years of experience with an agency or in-house creative team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, file management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with people at all levels is essential.
- Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, Canto, various Dam software, Asana project management software
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
- Work Environment: This job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Activities include extensive periods of sitting and extensive work at a computer monitor.
