Position Overview

Position Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing services to residents in Assisted Living Facilities
- Perform routine nursing assessments and report changes in condition
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, ALF staff, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate residents and caregivers on disease management and safety
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Utilize AI-supported tools to enhance documentation efficiency and compliance
Qualifications
- Active Florida LPN license in good standing
- ALF or home health experience preferred
- Strong clinical and observational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Reliable transportation (if traveling between facilities)
- Current CPR certification
