2nd shift- 4-10 hour shifts, Monday through Thursday. Shift premium= 5%

The Company’s products are used in a number of industries and applications sold worldwide. Classic operates from a modern facility in Kaukauna, WI where the Company employs 41 people.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
A key Team Member to work with a group of machinists striving to continuously improve Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost Savings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Program, setup and run a CNC Machine to manufacture parts according to customer specs.
- Study blueprints to plan most effective and efficient way to manufacture.
- Operate machine to produce consistent quality parts to specs in the time frame allowed.
- Use measuring equipment to inspect parts for quality. Including 1 st piece inspection.
- Support problem solving small group activities.
- Willingness to work overtime to complete jobs for on time delivery.
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring new opportunities to add value to job.
- 3-5 Years of machining experience
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications and routings.
- Must possess strong math, problem solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
