Returns Assistant

Classic Rental Solutions is seeking a Return Assistant to work with a wide range of project managers, distributors, clients and team members on projects that return to the warehouse after trade shows. The Return Specialist provided optimal customer service assistance throughout the entire return process.

This is a hands-on position that includes:

• Support project managers in reporting check-in, coordinating the return and managing the client properties.
• Report credit rewards to clients, keeping detailed records and reports of the rewards
• Keep information about the returns updated and make information available to the rest of the team.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for the returns. Providing updates and ensuring prompt responses to phone calls and emails.

Preferred Qualifications (but not required):

• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Experience coordinating and executing tasks from start to finish
• Dynamic, proactive, and adaptable work style
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

Pay: $23.00 per hour
