What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paint Team Member position at Classic Equine Equipment LLC?
Classic Equine Equipment, located among the rolling hills and horse farms of Southern Missouri, was founded in 1991 on a love for horses and a commitment to their ultimate care and safety. Though a lot has changed since then, our mission remains the same: To provide quality stall systems, barn components, and accessories to meet the needs of all horse owners.
The Paint Team Member is an active member of a production team that will assist in the manufacturing and/or assembly of building components to ensure daily production needs are being met.

Essential Functions
- Operate hoist to load and prepare building materials for paint booth
- Read, interpret, and follow production work orders
- Utilize a powered lift-truck to move material to desired location
- Follow all Classic Equine safety rules, standard operating procedures, and maintenance instructions
- Ensure quality and/or shipping accuracy standards are being met, making adjustment to painted components as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
- Ability to demonstrate equipment knowledge during interview process
- Ability to read a tape measure up to 1/16”
- Previous experience operating a powered lift-truck is preferred
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic
- Willing and able to continuously improve in job performance and development
- Active listening, learning, and reading comprehension skills
