We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Water Mitigation Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate water damage restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a good background, and the ability to manage on-call responsibilities to respond promptly to emergency situations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew in water mitigation activities, including water extraction, drying, and mold prevention.
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and addressing their concerns professionally.
- Manage on-call coverage to respond quickly to emergency water damage situations outside regular working hours.
- Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of job progress, materials used, and any issues encountered during projects.
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce safety protocols on-site to protect team members and clients.
- Assist in training new team members and developing skills within the crew.
Skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing a team in a field service environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Good background in water mitigation or related restoration services preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug screening test.
- Willingness to be on-call for emergency response situations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks in various environmental conditions.
