What You'll Do
- Professionally resurface bathtubs, countertops, and other hard surfaces
- Prepare, repair, and refinish surfaces using proper techniques and materials
- Complete high-quality work while maintaining attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, vehicle, and equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers when on-site
- Work safely while following company procedures and industry best practices
- Represent Classic Carpet Dyers with professionalism on every job
What We're Looking For
- Experience resurfacing bathtubs and countertops is required
- Cabinet resurfacing experience is a plus
- Pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Dependable, self-motivated, and reliable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Conversational English required (does not have to be perfect). Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Valid driver's license required
Compensation
- $23/hour during the first two weeks of training while you learn the Classic standards and processes
- 30% commission following the training period
- Company vehicle provided after training
- Materials, fuel, and equipment provided
