The Classic Jet Center, in Willoughby, Ohio at Lake County Executive Airport, is seeking to add a part-time evenings and weekends Aviation Customer Service Representative to its team.
The Aviation Customer Service Representative intercepts and routes incoming calls, takes thorough messages, and provides basic information to callers. S/he is the Classic Jet Center's front-line contact with the public and must represent the Jet Center in a professional, friendly manner at all times. S/he greets customers as they enter the facility and directs them to the appropriate party in accordance with the Jet Center's policies and answers basic inquiries.
The Aviation Customer Service Representative works three to four days per week, this always involves one weekend day. When working on any day Monday thru Friday, the work hours are from 5:00pm till 9:00pm; on weekends the work hours are 10:00am to 6:00pm.
