In this role, you will balance time on the road with time in the warehouse. Your success is measured by the accuracy of our inventory and the timeliness of our deliveries.
- Daily Operations: You will pick and pack orders, manage incoming and outgoing shipments, and ensure inventory records are updated accurately in our computer system
- Delivery: You will safely operate a box truck or rack body truck to deliver petroleum parts to clients and internal technicians throughout the area
- Customer Interaction: You will serve as a face for our company at the parts counter, assisting customers with orders and processing returns (RMA)
- Long-term Growth: Over time, you will become a subject matter expert in our parts inventory and logistics workflow, helping to organize equipment for scheduled service projects and maintaining a highly functional, clean work environment
Must Have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving
- Ability to operate a 26ft rack body truck and box truck
- Clean driving record
- Proficiency with computer systems for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to obtain a DOT medical card (company paid)
- CDL license
- Experience managing RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes
