Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of warehouse inventory
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts and supplies as needed
- Collaborate with departments to identify parts and supply requirements
- Receive incoming shipments and verify order accuracy
- Inspect parts and materials for quality and condition upon request
- Implement and maintain effective storage and labeling systems for efficient inventory retrieval
- Coordinate shipping, delivery, and warehouse logistics
- Maintain accurate parts tracking and inventory documentation
- Work with management to identify cost-saving opportunities within parts and warehouse operations
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Parts and Warehouse Coordinator or in a similar inventory management role
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and parts coordination
- Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when tracking parts and maintaining documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
