This position is ideal for individuals who want to move into a full-time sales role in the future. Our full-time representatives routinely earn between $80,000 and $150,000 per year, and top new trainees often close three to five deals per week once fully trained.
As a Sales Trainee, you will work in-office, in partner retail stores, and at local events to generate qualified leads while developing fundamental sales skills.

Responsibilities
- Attend in-office sales and script training sessions (Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.)
- Answer incoming calls, greet walk-in customers, and manage CRM records
- Engage homeowners inside partnering big-box retail stores to schedule qualified sales appointments
- Represent Re-Bath at weekend home shows and community events as needed
- Learn the full sales process and, once trained, begin running your own appointments during evenings and weekends
- High energy, outgoing personality, and a willingness to be coached
- Strong motivation to grow into a full-time sales role
- Reliable transportation to travel to Lowe's and similar retail locations within approximately 30 minutes of the office
- No previous sales experience required; comprehensive training is provided
