This is an on-site position with rare, emergency-only on-call hours. No exterior/grounds work is required.
We're looking for a dependable, skilled technician with strong HVAC experience and a passion for quality repairs and great service.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair 10 year-old residential HVAC systems
- Replace/install coils, compressors, air handlers, drain lines, Freon, and related components
- Repair, replace, or install major household appliances (stoves, fridges, washers/dryers, microwaves)
- Perform plumbing repairs: sinks, toilets, valves, garbage disposals, water heaters
- Complete basic electrical work: fixtures, fans, switches, receptacles, and appliances
- Execute unit turnovers (make readies): inspections, scopes of work, repairs, and preparation for move-in
- Log tasks, photos, materials, and time entries in the property management system (Yardi, RentCafe, etc.)
- Prioritize and manage daily work orders professionally
- Maintain accurate records, receipts, and weekly reporting
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable with pre-employment background screening
- 5 years of maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, make readies)
- 5 years of residential HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and full system installs
- EPA Certification
- Experience in condos, scattered-site rentals, or single-family rentals
