Responsibilities
- Perform full HVAC system installations, including ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical connections
- Review installation plans and ensure all work meets local building codes
- Conduct system start-ups, testing, and quality checks
- Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding installation process and expectations
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work independently or alongside team members to complete projects efficiently
- Mentor junior installers and uphold high workmanship standards
Must Have:
- At least 2 years of experience in residential or light commercial HVAC installation
- Knowledge of HVAC electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and local building codes
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, and similar environments
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- EPA Universal Certification
- NATE Certification
- Experience with high-efficiency systems and zoning systems
