Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality home repairs, improvements, and remodeling work.
- Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, remodeling, and door repairs/installations.
- Work independently or alongside other skilled technicians depending on project size.
- Travel to job sites throughout the East Phoenix Valley.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and the team.
- Represent the Ace brand with integrity, reliability, and strong workmanship.
- Use your own truck/van and personal tools (compensation provided)
- 10 years of construction, carpentry, or handyman experience preferred.
- Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, painting, remodeling, and door installation/repair.
- Must have your own tools and an insured truck or van (specialty tools not required).
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and uphold Ace's high service standards
