Responsibilities
Daily Operations
- Manage inbound leads and outbound follow-up communications
- Convert customer inquiries into booked appointments and sales opportunities
- Coordinate schedules and dispatching for craftsmen and field staff
- Maintain accurate documentation, scheduling, and customer records
- Provide professional, solution-oriented customer support
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and field teams
- Help improve sales conversion rates and office workflows
- Identify opportunities to optimize scheduling and dispatch efficiency
- Support operational growth and overall business performance
- Contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused office culture
Must Have
- 5 years of experience in administrative, customer service, or sales roles
- Strong experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound phone communication
- Proven ability to convert inquiries into appointments or sales
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn scheduling/dispatching software quickly
- High school diploma or GED
- Must reside within 15 miles of the Hobby Airport area in Houston, TX
- Experience in home services, trades, or field service industries
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Advanced typing and data entry skills
