Responsibilities
- Complete residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and remodeling projects.
- Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, plumbing, and basic electrical repairs.
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Communicate professionally with customers, office staff, and management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Arrive on time and complete projects efficiently and professionally.
- Build customer trust by identifying additional repair or maintenance opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional workmanship while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Represent Ace Handyman Services with professionalism and integrity at every job site.
Must Have
- Experience across multiple trades, including:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Drywall
- Painting
- Tile
- Basic Electrical
Nice to Have
- Residential remodeling experience.
- Experience working directly with homeowners.
- Ability to estimate repair solutions and identify additional service opportunities.
- Experience in handyman or property maintenance services.
- Knowledge of multiple home repair systems and building practices.
- Monday through Friday schedule — No weekend work
