We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. Duties
- Operate tow trucks and other vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Perform vehicle loading and unloading using flatbed or other towing methods.
- Conduct basic automotive diagnostics to assess vehicle issues.
- Provide roadside assistance, including jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear information regarding services offered.
- Manage conflicts professionally and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on the road.
Experience
- Proven experience in driving with a valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
- Previous experience as a mechanic or in a related field is advantageous.
- Knowledge of forklift operation is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot vehicle issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in high-pressure situations.
