About the Role
ClassB is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a set of assigned customers—guiding them through the ordering process, following up on details, and ensuring they receive exactly what they need, on time and with a smile.
This is not a telemarketing or high-pressure sales role. It’s about genuinely helping people and building long-term, positive relationships.
Our customers are amazing—many are volunteers and leaders in youth programs like Scouting and 4-H—and they’ll love working with you!
What You’ll Do
- Oversee customer orders from start to finish
- Provide prompt and friendly communication via phone and email
- Follow up on order status, artwork approvals, and delivery timelines
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues with care
- Build lasting relationships with customers through thoughtful service
- Work closely with our production and art teams to deliver high-quality products
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma required; some college is a plus
- Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters!
- A positive attitude and pride in creating outstanding customer experiences
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable and confident speaking on the phone
- Solid grammar, spelling, and email etiquette
Experience
- 2 years in customer service, account management, or related experience
- Must NOT be a telemarketing or cold-call sales background
- Experience working with mission-driven or non-profit clients is a bonus
