General Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential and commercial. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties in assigned areas, ensuring all spaces are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct custodial tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Maintain cleanliness in facilities by performing industrial cleaning tasks as needed.
• Assist with floor care activities including buffing and polishing surfaces to ensure they are presentable.
• Support residential painting projects by preparing surfaces and maintaining cleanliness during the process.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention or maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations across various locations.

Skills

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and facilities maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to operate floor care equipment effectively, including buffers and vacuums.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
