Local CDL-A Truck Driver – Trainees & No Experience Welcome (Home Daily)
Now hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated grocery account out of Harrisonville, MO. Whether you are a fresh CDL-A graduate looking for your first driving job or an experienced driver seeking daily home time, this position offers steady year-round freight and 100% no-touch loads.
Pay & Earnings
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,100 – $1,200 per week
- Mileage Pay: $0.49 to $0.60 CPM (based on experience level)
- Short-Haul Pay: $25 extra for runs under 50 miles
- Stop Pay: $10 for the 1st stop, $15 for every additional stop
- Bonuses: Extra safety performance bonuses available
- Pay Schedule: Weekly direct deposit
Schedule & Home Time
- Home Time: Home Daily (Return home after every shift)
- Shift: Night Shift
- Schedule: Weekend and holiday availability required (Essential grocery supply chain operates 365 days a year)
- Weekly Miles: Consistent 1,100 – 1,400 miles per week
Freight & Operations
- Freight Type: Dedicated Dry & Refrigerated Groceries (Reefer / Dry Van)
- Touch Freight: 100% NO-TOUCH FREIGHT (Zero driver loading or unloading)
- Duties: Mix of live unloads, drop-and-hook, and backhaul loads
- Safety Equipment: Event-only front-facing cameras installed for driver protection
Driver Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL (CDL-A)
- No experience required — Student Drivers / Trainees / Fresh Graduates are fully accepted!
- Experienced drivers, Company Drivers, Teams, and Owner-Operators are also welcome
- No special endorsements required
