Competitive Pay, Guaranteed Minimum
Your hard work and expertise will be handsomely rewarded. Drivers' pay is based on experience, and our fleet average ranges from $62K to $75K per year. Plus, we guarantee a minimum of $1,060 per week. Rain or shine, you can count on this minimum pay when unforeseen circumstances prevent you from hitting the road.

To join our elite team, you must meet the following qualifications:
Be at least 22 years old with a proven track record:
- 6 months regional or OTR in the last 7 months OR
- 9 months regional or OTR in the last 12 months OR
- 12 months regional or OTR in the last 3 years
Maintain a safe driving record with no serious moving violations in the last 3 years.
Have no more than two moving violations of any kind in the last 12 months.
Maintain a clean DOT Recordable Preventable history in the last 3 years.
No DUI in PMV in the last five years and none ever in a CMV. We do not accept SAP.
