We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and safety-aware recent graduates ready to start their journey on the road. Our hands-on training program, guided by certified mentors and offering competitive solo pay, will provide you with the experience needed to build a successful over-the-road (OTR) driving career.

What We Offer

• Hands-On Training Program: 4-6 weeks with a certified mentor
• Paid orientation and training
• Average Weekly Solo Pay: $1,200-$1,500

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Completion of a 120-hour CDL school program
• Must pass a road test and drug screening during orientation
• No major moving violations in recent history
• No job terminations within the past 6 months
• No Clearinghouse violations - SAP drivers are not currently accepted
