Job Summary

Class-A Cleaning is seeking detail-oriented, energetic, and dependable Weekend Cleaning Technicians for a vital role maintaining both our client's professional office spaces and their active factory production floors.
We have accounts located in the Valley, Towanda, Elmira , Owego and Surrounding Areas. Company vehicle, paid travel and transportation provided (no drivers license required - you do need reliable transportation to the office located in Athens)
No professional cleaning experience is required! We provide full, paid training to teach you our high-standard "Class-A" cleaning systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Office & Facility Surface Care: Dust, wipe down, and deeply sanitize office desks, conference rooms, lobbies, and high-touch points.
- Factory Floor & Office Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum various flooring types, handling both standard office carpet and durable factory walkways.
- High-Traffic Sanitization: Clean, disinfect, and restock heavy-use restrooms, locker rooms, and employee breakrooms.
- Waste Management: Empty heavy-duty industrial trash bins and standard office wastebaskets, replace liners, and safely transport garbage to designated disposal areas.
- Safety & Quality Assurance: Follow all plant safety protocols (including wearing required PPE) and inspect your own completed work to guarantee it meets Class-A quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a history of excellent attendance, especially for weekend shifts.
- Adaptability & Attention to Detail: Ability to spot dust and smudges in an office, while also identifying areas needing extra grit and care on a factory floor.
- Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout your shift to handle commercial and industrial environments.
- Background Check: Willingness to undergo a standard criminal background screening.
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
