THE MONEY

• Weekly Range: Earn between $1,650 – $1,980 per week based on production.
• Annual Potential:$85,800.00 to$102,960.00 yearly gross.
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (First payment after your 1st dispatch!).
• Activity Pay: $35 Drop/Hook | $65 Live Load | $210 Holiday Pay.
• Safety Bonus: Up to $1,000 annual service/safety bonus.

THE SCHEDULE & 90-DAY SHIFT PORTAL

• Current Shift: ANY 48 reset except Sat/Sun you pick it.
• Home Time Flexibility: If you are low on hours and near your house, you are cleared to take your 10-hour break at home during the work week!
• The 90-Day Promise: After just 90 days, gain full access to the Internal Transfer Portal to switch shifts or move to local routes while keeping your seniority and benefits.

INTERMODAL TRAINING & ORIENTATION

• Paid Online Orientation: Start from home and get paid to onboard.
• Will Train: No Intermodal experience? No problem. 2 weeks of PAID training at Chicago area ramps.
• Major Carrier Stability: Drive for the industry leader with 100% company-owned equipment and 24/7 maintenance.

THE ROUTE & EQUIPMENT

• Operating Area: 95% Chicago Rails; hauling in WI, IL, IA, and MN.
• Equipment: Late-model Automatic Transmission Freightliner Sleepers.
• Parking: Take the truck home if you live 30 miles from the terminal.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• License: Valid Class A CDL.
