What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at Class A Apartment Community?
$500 Sign On Bonus after 90 days employment!
Apartment Community seeking Maintenance Technician.
EPA Certification preferred,
CPO Certification preferred
Apartment Industry Experience a plus
Need some knowledge of minor appliance repairs (refrigerator, stove, oven, garbage disposal, dishwashers, etc.)
Ability to perform routine maintenance repairs to apartment units including electrical, plumbing, hvac, make ready repairs and swimming pool maintenance.
Maintain properties exterior and interior appearance. Compliance reporting and documentation of work completed is required. General computer experience required.
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair entry gate systems.
Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail and strong work ethic required to communicate professionally with residents and vendors.
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
Able to respond to on-call emergency issues on nights and weekends for on-call rotation. Overtime will be required when participating in the on call rotation.
Renewal bonuses, on call bonus and potential for monthly property bonus are available.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license in order to be considered for employment.
Starting pay of $24 – 26 per hour based on prior experience and certifications.
