What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Supervisor position at Class A Apartment Community?
$500 Sign On Bonus after 90 days of employment!
Luxury apartment community in Summerville, SC seeking qualified/experienced Maintenance Supervisor with minimum of 2 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor.
EPA/CPO certification and Apartment Industry experience required.
Experience in budget control, scheduling, inventory management and staff supervision.
Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and ability to repair appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, garbage disposal, dishwashers, etc.) required.
Outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail and strong work ethic required
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
Must be able to respond to on-call emergency issues on nights and weekends for on-call rotation.
Pay range of $32-$34/hour based on experience. We also pay On-Call Incentive Pay along with Monthly Property Bonus and Renewal Bonus. Great Benefits including Health Insurance and 401K. EOE
