In our office, you will work collaboratively with a passionate and fun team of college advisors to provide college planning to students through individual meetings. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dedicated to the needs of his or her clients, and willing to learn and execute a proven system for delivering college planning.

Job Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To
- Building relationships with students to empower them to navigate the college process
- Encouraging, motivating, and keeping students on track as they progress through the college admissions process
- Assisting students to build a unique, personalized, and well-fit college list
- Guiding students through the essay writing process to create and refine main, supplemental, honors, and scholarship essays
- Gaining expertise in Class 101's curricula and general college knowledge
- Identifying student goals for college and career
- Understanding family college budgeting and helping families understanding financial aid processes
- Coaching, mentoring, and cheerleading for your students along their high school journey!
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Passion and heart for working with teenagers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong combination of collaborative and leadership skills
- College degree preferred, but not required
