Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Foreman based in Lee County, FL. The Construction Foreman will oversee construction projects from start to finish, manage crews & subcontractors, and supervise on-site staff. Responsibilities include adherence to plans/specs, using Procore as required by customers, GPS machine control setup to calibration, coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, managing resources, and reporting progress to management. The role also involves actively problem-solving and communicating effectively with customers and company management to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Qualifications
· Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, using layout tools; using Procore
· Experience/proficiency in GPS machine control - setup to calibration - required
· Lake excavation, heavy civil, large scale site prep experience required
· OSHA 10 or 30 hour certification required
· Solid history of crew/job management and excellent communication skills
· Willingness to self-direct and follow best practices in varied conditions
· Able to easily adapt to customer’s project requirements/schedule changes
· 45 /- hours weekly
· Lee, Charlotte, Collier, & Hendry county job sites
· Schedule & coordinate subcontractors with crew and project schedule
· Clean driver’s license, CDL a plus
