JOB SUMMARY

We are a next-generation AI-powered MarTech and AdTech startup on a mission to level the playing field for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). By leveraging state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs), Agentic frameworks, and proprietary ML pipelines, we’re redefining how marketing and advertising ecosystems operate, with intelligence, scale, and automation.

The Technical Program Manager serves as a critical bridge between Product Management and Engineering, ensuring that product requirements are complete, clearly defined, and ready for seamless implementation. This role drives clarity, execution efficiency, and alignment across teams to improve delivery velocity and product quality.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the technical execution bridge between Product Management and Engineering, ensuring requirements are sufficiently detailed, actionable, testable, and ready for implementation.
  • Translate product strategy, customer needs, and business requirements into clear technical scope, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Partner with Engineering to convert requirements into executable plans, including level of effort estimates, story points, dependencies, risks, sequencing, and delivery milestones.
  • Own end-to-end program execution across the software development lifecycle, from discovery and planning through build, test, launch, and post-launch optimization.
  • Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Data/ML, QA, and leadership on scope, priorities, timelines, tradeoffs, and customer impact.
  • Identify and resolve requirement gaps, technical blockers, cross-team dependencies, and delivery risks before they impact sprint or roadmap commitments.
  • Maintain a healthy backlog by ensuring work items are clearly defined, appropriately prioritized, right-sized, and aligned with roadmap objectives and measurable business outcomes and KPIs.
  • Break down complex AI, MarTech, AdTech, and platform initiatives into clear epics, user stories, tickets, and implementation milestones.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog reviews, standups, and execution checkpoints to improve velocity, predictability, accountability, and resource utilization.
  • Drive ownership and closure on open items, decisions, risks, and action items with clear owners, next steps, and timelines.
  • Track and provide transparent reporting of program status, delivery progress, sprint outcomes, milestones, risks, metrics, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support technical quality by ensuring edge cases, business rules, system behaviors, data requirements, testing needs, and release criteria are clearly documented.
  • Partner with teams to improve operating rhythms, delivery processes, documentation standards, and execution discipline across Product and Engineering.
  • Leverage data, customer impact insights, and delivery metrics to identify process improvements that increase team efficiency, product quality, and speed to market.
  • Demonstrate solid understanding of system architecture, platform dependencies, and technical tradeoffs, enabling more accurate delivery planning, effective prioritization, and productive collaboration.
  • Own the launch readiness, testing coordination, deployment dependencies, and post-launch validation.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science with a background in engineering, Masters preferred.
  • 10 years' proven experience as a Program/Project Manager, preferably in technical marketing and advertising.
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience managing and delivering SaaS, AI, MarTech, AdTech, or platform products.
  • Experience managing AI-driven initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on backlog management and sprint execution.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on completeness and clarity.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Working experience with Engineering, Product, and business teams.
  • PMP, Scrum, or Agile certifications are a plus.
