Do you thrive at the intersection of engineering, data science, and marketing—and want to help define the next era of intelligent advertising technology? Clarvos is seeking a Senior Product Manager – AI/ML (AdTech) to lead development of next-generation AdTech solutions powered by large language models, machine learning, and real-time optimization. In this role, you will define and deliver AI-driven capabilities that maximize advertiser ROI across publishers and DSPs, and create automated intelligence that transforms how customers plan, measure, and optimize their campaigns. Drawing from best-in-class product expectations, this role requires hands-on experience building scalable advertising systems, campaign optimization features, and ML-powered decisioning that measurably improves performance. We are looking for a strong AI-native AdTech PM with 3–5+ years of demonstrated end-to-end delivery of AI-led products, including experience with publishers, DSPs, measurement, or optimization systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and scale integrations with ad platforms and external data providers Lead end-to-end data pipeline automation, ensuring data quality and taxonomy alignment across platforms Translate AI/ML capabilities into customer-facing features that drive measurable ROI improvements. Communicate priorities, product decisions, and release plans across internal stakeholders. Partner with Engineering from concept through launch to ensure seamless delivery using Agile processes. Define and continuously refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company vision and revenue goals. Establish key success metrics, A/B experiments, and performance frameworks for evaluating product outcomes. Make smart and data-driven tradeoffs balancing long-term vision, short-term execution, and customer impact. Operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly technical environment. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical or related field. 3–5+ years of product management experience with proven 0→1 AdTech product delivery, ideally in ad platform integrations and ML-driven campaign optimization 3+ years working with AI/ML or LLM-based applications. Experience building and launching AdTech features similar to roles at Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or YouTube Strong understanding of ad tech ecosystems: DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, auction dynamics, attribution, pixels, and measurement. Ability to translate business goals and customer needs into actionable product requirements and technical specifications. Experience collaborating with Applied Scientists, ML Engineers, and Product Analysts. Strong analytical rigor with experience applying statistical modeling, A/B testing, incrementality measurement, or predictive modeling techniques. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage ambiguity, and drive complex cross-functional initiatives autonomously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence both executives and technical teams. Experience working with real-time data systems, experimentation platforms, and ML lifecycle tools is a plus. Creative problem-solving and a track record of delivering high-impact customer experiences.
