As a Residential Skills Trainer (RST), you'll support adults with severe and persistent mental illness in a group home, helping them build essential life skills for community living and independence. You'll guide clients daily in areas like housekeeping, meal prep, budgeting, hygiene, medication management, and public transportation. You'll also transport clients to appointments and grocery trips. While offering support, you'll monitor their progress and medications, document behaviors, and provide crisis intervention as needed. Working closely with a team, you'll receive ongoing supervision to grow professionally and enhance your impact on clients' recovery and independence.
Perks of this role:
- $12.24-$14/hour
- 20-24 hours a week, evenings and weekends
- Day, and night shifts also available
- 8 hour shifts

Does the Following Apply to You?
- One of the following:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.)
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Clean Criminal Back Ground Check (no conviction or credible evidence of abuse, neglect, or sexual exploitation)
