Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner- New Journeys Program

This integral position, you will meet with clients and their families, ages 14-40, who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis. During this crucial time, you will work with them to assess their needs, provide education about psychosis and how to manage it, and improve their communication and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will meet with clients regularly to provide individualized psychiatric medication evaluations, prescriptions and follow up visits as needed. This position works weekdays with an occasional option to work evenings and weekends. You will receive an incentive of $1,500 reimbursement for CEU expenses and up to 2.5 additional paid days off for related CEU.

What we are looking for:
- PMHNP preference and active ARNP license in WA, or ability to become licensed in WA
- Experience working with the geriatric population and/or adults
- Active DEA
- Intermediate level of technology for at home tele-health
- Preference to travel once/month or every other month to see clients in person across various WA counties.
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks and have reliable transportation with active car insurance.
