About the Role

Reporting to the Behavioral Health Program Director, this role assists in supervising clinical services, including outpatient, CCFT, school-based, and contracted services. Responsibilities include maintaining a clinical caseload, providing supervision to therapists and coordinators, ensuring quality in documentation and service delivery, and collaborating with wellness partners including THP. · Supervise clinical services including outpatient, CCFT, school-based, and contracted services
· Maintain a clinical caseload
· Provide clinical supervision to therapists and coordinators
· Ensure high-quality clinical documentation and service delivery
· Collaborate with wellness partners to enhance client outcomes
· Ensure compliance with state and contractual requirements
· Promote organizational values and person-centered care practices
· Support program development and continuous quality improvement initiatives
· Perform additional duties as assigned
· Assist the Behavioral Health Program Director in oversight of assigned program operations

Required Qualifications
· Master’s degree in a Human Services discipline from an accredited four-year college or university
· Minimum of three (3) years’ experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a therapeutic treatment environment
· Experience supervising clinicians preferred
· CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain prior to working with clients
· Knowledge of state and/or contractual requirements
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
· Relevant leadership experience in behavioral health
· Strong organizational, communication, mentoring, and teamwork skills
· Sensitivity to diverse cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds
