What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lifesharing Provider position at Clarvida - Pennsylvania?
About this role
As a Lifesharing Provider you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities living in your family home environment. Sharing life experiences with you, the supportive person, and your family, you will assist these individuals become active members of the community. Individuals in lifesharing have their own spending money, medical insurance, purchase their own clothing and personal items, and are responsible to pay for their own recreational activities.

Does the following apply to you?
Willing and able to participate in required training (initial and renewal 24-hours annually)
General physical for all household residents six (6) months of age or older
Proof of valid home and motor vehicle insurance
Adequate and appropriate living space within your home, including a non-shared bathroom
Valid PA license and reliable transportation
