About the Role

You’ll work under established ICF guidelines with direction from the Division Director, playing a key role in both staff support and resident success.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and supervision for ICF/IDD residents
- Implement and track individualized daily living skills and goal plans
- Lead, support, and oversee residential care team members
- Ensure all care activities follow ICF/MR standards and organizational guidelines
- Support the overall physical, emotional, and developmental needs of residents
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional education in Human Services
- Five (5) years of Human Services experience
- At least one year of experience as a Residential Direct Care Worker or two years of direct service experience in a human services agency, one of which must have involved working with intellectually disabled individuals or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
