Foster Home Supervisor
As a Foster Home Supervisor, you will be supporting the foster care program by engaging, supporting and growing our foster and kinship homes. You work directly with a team and the homes to create the best placements for children, through assessing the needs and growth potential for the home. Helping to ensure homes have the training and requirements needed to attain and maintain certification while providing the best placement for children is our highest goal. The role provides a dynamic setting in which you are in the community visiting homes directly, engaging with youth placed in those homes and working from an office with a team or home to ensure required documentation is in place. This role provides on-call support to foster homes to work through crisis and prevent placement disruptions as part of a team rotational basis.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field (Social Work, Psychology, etc.)
- Preferred: Experience in a youth service program (Foster Care, Child Welfare, Social Services, etc.) and knowledge of Vol 7 Colorado State Rules & Regulations
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass fingerprinting, background checks, and SAFE Certified (can be completed upon hire)
