There is immediate clinic and surgical volume to start and opportunity for ASC ownership.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide medical eye care and manage a wide range of eye conditions.
• Perform cataract surgery, and other general ophthalmic surgeries.
• Guide patients through every step of their care — from diagnosis to post-op follow-up.
• Collaborate with our optometrists, technicians, and support staff to deliver seamless care.
• Keep detailed, accurate medical records and stay current on best practices in ophthalmology.
• Educate patients about preventive eye care and treatment options.
What We’re Looking For:
• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Tennessee.
• Confident in cataract surgery and general ophthalmic procedures.
• A team player who’s compassionate, communicative, and committed to excellent patient care.
• Experience in outpatient and surgical eye care settings.
• Interest or minor focus in subspecialty areas such as glaucoma, cornea, or medical retina (not required but advantageous).
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
