Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction management software, and a comprehensive understanding of project scheduling, contracts, and site operations. Duties
- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
- Develop detailed project schedules utilizing tools like Primavera P6 and project management software.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project scope and compliance.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained.
- Prepare and manage construction estimates using HeavyBid and other estimating tools.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Manage project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports.
- Facilitate communication among all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management with a solid background in construction site operations.
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration.
- Demonstrated ability in construction estimating and cost control practices.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and managing client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP or CCM are advantageous but not mandatory. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to lead complex projects while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the construction process.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
