Coach - Assistant Coach Spring 2026 - Softball (North HS)

Candidates with prior coaching experience or collegiate-level playing experience are preferred. Candidates must meet New York State Education Department coaching certification requirements, or be willing to complete the required coursework and certifications. The Spring 2026 season begins March 9, 2026.

Coach Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Organizing and leading team practices six days a week, including during school breaks.
• Planning and implementing off-season training and development opportunities.
• Attending all required district, league, and section meetings.
• Upholding district athletic policies and procedures.
  
  

All Varsity, Assistant Varsity, JV, and Freshman coaches work collaboratively to support the overall success of the program. This includes assisting at games and competitions, scouting, scheduling, attending coaches' meetings, conducting film review, and other duties as assigned to ensure alignment and consistency across all levels of the program.
