Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and personable Bartenders to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will contribute to a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. Whether working in a bustling nightclub, elegant fine dining setting, or lively banquet event, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth operations behind the bar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and food handling regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events, while managing time effectively during high-volume periods.
• Restock bar supplies as needed, track inventory levels, and communicate supply needs proactively.
• Follow all food safety protocols and alcohol serving laws diligently to ensure responsible service at all times.

Experience

• Prior experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as fine dining restaurants, nightclubs, or banquet halls is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently.
• Experience with food safety standards and food handling procedures within the food industry.
• Familiarity with retail math for cash handling and basic math skills for accurate bill splitting and change calculation.
• Previous catering or banquet experience is a plus, along with knowledge of brewing or beverage crafting techniques.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards.
