Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service from greeting to farewell.
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and food handling protocols.
- Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties with precision, including cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety regulations and alcohol service laws.
- Assist with catering, banquet service, or nightclub events as needed, ensuring timely serving of drinks and proper setup.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while providing attentive service.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently through excellent time management skills.
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to food safety standards and legal requirements.
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and proper food handling procedures.
- Prior banquet or catering experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in various food industry settings.
