Role Description

This full-time, on-site Store Manager role is based in Freeport, ME. As a Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for maintaining store presentation, implementing retail loss prevention policies, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers. Leading by example, you'll drive performance and foster a team environment that aligns with Clarks' values and commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• A strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.
• Proven Store Management experience with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, customers, and leadership.
• Experience in Retail Loss Prevention, with an understanding of strategies to protect assets and reduce shrinkage.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with performance metrics, inventory management, and visual merchandising is a plus.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required in retail environments.
