Key Responsibilities
Customer CommunicationScheduling
- Manage inbound calls and emails from clients
- Schedule and coordinate white glove furniture deliveries
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Operations Coordination
- Act as the liaison between customers, drivers, and shipping partners
- Ensure all parties are aligned on delivery expectations and service levels
- Support day-to-day logistics execution
Data EntryPerformance Tracking
